Defective Returns 
A）RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests must be made within 30 days of delivery date unless it is requested as longer warranty days.  
B）Once an RMA number has been provided the item must be received within 15 days. Any return received after 15 days will be void.  
C）All warranty returns are subject to inspection and evaluation.  
D）If we determine the product to be in good working the fund may apply.
